I have been coming to this location for 5 years now. The one time that I called to "complain", after being on hold for 30 minutes, I was told to return my pizza so they can examine it. I guess they didn't believe me when I stated that my pizza was not sliced at all. I tried to cut it myself but I didn't have a pizza slicer and the regular knife was just ripping everything off. I had to drive all the way back again which is a 10 minute drive there and back. Once they examined it, then they made me wait over 35 minutes for another pizza. First and last time I have ever complained. They don't always get my order correct. I always order the stuffed crazy crust but somehow end up with just plain stuffed crust. This has happened the past 3 times now, no complaints from me. I request well done but I receive it raw so I just use my air fryer to finish cooking it. Again no complaints from me. Sometimes its missing a topping, no complaints here. I never get upset when my order is not on time because I understand that they can get busy and overwhelmed. Especially because I usually place my orders for Fridays around 5pm or 6pm. Today when I went to pick up my order through the portal, there

Went in here last minute, avoided being THAT guy and got a hot n ready pepperoni they happened to have available. I get pizza here from time to time, including using some deals I end up with, so I would prefer not to be THAT person. Very satisfied, quality of the pizza is so much better than Costco, that's for sure. Actually has sauce, cheese has flavor, etc.

I order through the app, my order is in the automated machine and I input my code and retrieve my order. The slices and sticks looks horrible. Appears to be one that was older and reheated. The app gives the option for a tip and I had included a $3 tip for my $16 order. This bothers me they thought it was ok to use older food to fill my order. It’s like receiving an Amazon package and you notice a fat fingerprint on the device sold to you as new had been opened and in another persons grubby hands. Makes me regret giving a tip because they made my order and didn’t care. I don’t have the time to go back, but the quality with Little Caesars is wavering and I don’t know why. I go to little Cesar’s where ever I may be so I have been to a dozen or more, the best so far have been in high up neighborhoods. Otherwise it’s a 50/50 gamble if the quality is up to par. Anyway I would include a photo of the product if this service allowed photos. Little Caesars should have a button on their app to claim a problem with the order. The last time something occurred I had to look everywhere to leave a claim which included an option contact me which they did not do so. I don’t know what kind

Ordered pizza just now with a food delivery app and specifically asked for ranch in for it to be cooked. Well done and I got no ranch and doughy pizza in return I literally had to put it in the oven to bake it myself to top it off. It took a little over a hour for it to get here. Do better. That’s just crazy. I wouldn’t have minded the way if I actually got what I ordered but instead, I got pizza that I had to cook myself.
